The fixed price of membership for year 2007-2008 is 250 € the first year (190 € for membership renewal). It includes :

_ FESSM Membership Card

_ Federation Insurance

_ AXA supplementary Insurance ("Loisir 2")

_ Heavy equipment loan (tank, regulator, stabilizing jacket)

_ Swimming pools accesses

_ Registration take place at Reuilly swimming pool on Monday from 19h45 and on Wednesday from 20h30

Registration Terms

_  For first registration : supply full payment (in one or two cheques), a medical certificate (if possible established in September of current year, but not older than July). Please pay attention to ask Doctor to use the Federation Form available on the website, and fill in inscription form (Refer to linlk "Docs,Planning,Forms"). If you wish to get a Level in the year (level 2 or more), this certificate must be established by a Sports Doctor, a Federation Doctor or a Decompression Specialist Doctor.

_ For renewal : supply full payment (in one or two cheques), a medical certificate not older than July and filled on Federation Form (Refer to link "Docs,Planning,Forms"). If you wish to get a Level (level 2 or more), this certificate must be established by a Sports Doctor, a Federation Doctor or a Decompression Specialist Doctor.
