Your own usual or bank insurances exclude probably underwater activities or are not suitable, that's why we advise you strongly to take a FFESSM membership card completed by a "loisir" personal insurance which validity is worldwide.

FFESSM membership card completed by a "loisir" personal insurance of your choice will allow you to be easy in your mind: No worry about paying Foreign countries hospitalization fees after a diving accident or a decompression chamber stay...The membership card will also give you a personal liability insurance which is noticeable when when it's not mandatory in some diving centers. In this last case, the liability insurance is usually fixed as well as its price without alloowing you to make your own choice.

• If you want to dive this summer, you need 2007-2008 FFESSM membership card
• If you want to dive from September, you need 2008-2009 FFESSM membership card  

For all these reasons and some other ones, our non-profitmaking organization proposes this membership card and related insurances at cost price since a few years. Our purpose being diving promotion, we find it natural that a diver may insure himself at best price in order to parctice his activity.
